Rise Richmond matches 2% of employees’ 401K contributions after one year of employment at Rise.
PTO & holidays
Employees get a minimum of 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, as well as a minimum of 19 holidays (with additional academic breaks for Rise Academy and Rise After School).
